Linda L. Siderius

For more than thirteen years Linda Siderius has represented licensed professionals before regulatory boards - in negotiations, hearings and investigations. Her emphasis on administrative law leads her to represent organizations in administrative proceedings, both defending and prosecuting matters on their behalf.

From 1987 to 1999 Ms. Siderius was on the staff of the Attorney General of the State of Colorado, serving in several positions including Deputy AG and First Assistant AG. She prosecuted and defended state agencies and provided general counsel to, among others, the Department of Regulatory Agencies and the Department of Agriculture.

Prior to her service in the Office of the Attorney General, Ms. Siderius was in private practice and served as a Department of Justice Bankruptcy Panel Trustee. She is a graduate of the University of Denver School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Siderius is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where she teaches bioethics and the University of Colorado where she teaches courses related to law and ethics. She is a past chair of the Health Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Siderius is also an elected member of the State Personnel Board helping to adjudicate personnel cases in state government. The Board passes rules and regulations which govern the administration of the state personnel system.

Ms. Siderius was Of Counsel at the firm of Long & Jaudon, PC in Denver before helping to form McConnell Siderius Fleischner Houghtaling & Craigmile, LLC.
